A two volume facsimile 1/1 scale edition that features the content of architect Fernando Tavora’s diary, written in 1960 during a four month trip through several countries in the five continents. In this diary, Tavora’s attitude towards architecture is reflected as permanently opened to knowledge and its further broadcast. He is no doubt a leading exponent of the Portuguese culture in the 20th Century and one the major boosters of Portuguese architecture, nowadays widely represented by other standing architects such as Pritzker prize winners Alvaro Siza and Eduardo Souto de Mora.
