This book is published in conjunction with the exhibition ‘Hall of Mirrors’ at Archizoom gallery in Lausanne and features Swedish artist Jonas Dahlberg, who is especially known for his video installation work and frequent use of scale models. Dahlberg studied architecture prior to becoming an artist, and therefore he employs a combination of models, cinema and scenography to both research and experiment with how living spaces influence intimate perceptions and memory. Besides numerous images, an essay on Dahlberg’s work by Marie Theres Stauffer deals with notions of space and reality, and a conversation between the artist and Caroline Dionne offers special insight.
