The Hokkaido Ballpark F Village in Japan is envisioned as not only the new stadium for the Nippon-Ham Fighters but also a place where fans, partners, and residents actively revitalise and contribute to the local community. With capacity for 35,000 spectators, the stadium was designed by Obayashi Corporation and HKS Architects. It is the second retractable roof facility of its kind in Japan, and encompasses an asymmetrical natural turf playing field. The village will host commercial facilities, restaurants, and more as part of a larger entertainment district and long-term urban plan.
